These Terms apply to all visitors and users of saddid.com and saddid.ai (the "Sites") and are accepted by your continued use of the Sites. Where you have signed a separate customer agreement, that agreement controls over any conflicting provision here.
These terms govern use of Saddid.com and access to Saddid.ai unless a separately signed customer agreement applies.
Saddid.ai is intended for authorized users only. Accounts, workspaces, project data, and administrative areas must not be accessed without permission.
Public website content and platform scaffolds are informational. Formal advisory, legal, financial, or technical reliance requires a signed engagement.
Users must only submit data they are authorized to provide. Saddid handles personal data according to the Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreements.
Saddid retains all rights, title, and interest in the Sites, the Saddid Score methodology, the Investment Intelligence framework, the platform software, templates, training materials, and the Saddid name and brand marks (collectively, the "Saddid IP"). You retain all rights to data you upload or submit to the platform ("Customer Data") and grant Saddid a limited, revocable licence to process Customer Data solely as required to deliver the contracted service.

The Sites are provided "as available." Saddid does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the public marketing pages. Service-level commitments for the platform (saddid.ai) apply only to subscribers under a signed order form and are limited to the SLA stated in that order form.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saddid's aggregate liability under or in connection with your use of the Sites is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Saddid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 1,000. Saddid is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (e.g. for fraud, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
You will defend and indemnify Saddid against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Sites, or your violation of applicable law in connection with the Sites - except to the extent the claim is caused by Saddid's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Sites. Saddid may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or to protect the Sites or other users. You may stop using the Sites at any time. Sections 5 (IP), 8 (Liability), 9 (Indemnification), 11 (Governing Law), and 13 (Severability) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Sites that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) under its Arbitration Rules, by a single arbitrator, seated in Riyadh, conducted in the English language. The arbitral award is final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Saddid may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective" date above and, where practical, by an in-product or email notice. Your continued use of the Sites after the Effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any signed customer agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and Saddid regarding the Sites and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals on that subject.
